When you purchase one of our online reports, we need to collect basic personal information for the generation of these reports. None of the information that you provide as part of this process is ever made accessible to the public, other users of the site or anyone not associated with KnoUProfiles.com.This information is only used to generate the actual reports. These reports are stored on our servers for 30 days as a convenience to our customers so that they can access the reports again after they leave our site. This is the only place that your personal name and birth date are temporarily stored, and after 30 days the reports are permanently deleted from our system. During this time, this information is kept strictly confidential, and is only accessible by you, using a unique link sent to you via email after your order is processed on our site.

In addition, for your protection, we do not save any credit card information when you place an order with us.

While using our Service, we may also ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
  • First name and last name
  • Address, ZIP/Postal code, Country
  • Email address
  • Any personal data you enter on our website, such as your Birth Name, Name Used Today and Date of Birth, when ordering one of our KnoU or Numerology Profiles

  • Any information that you directly provide to us whether through our order form, contact form, over the phone, by email or otherwise

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send you, or by contacting us.
