Refund Request

You can get a full refund for any report you purchased from us that you're not completely satisfied with, as long as you make the request within 30 days from the date of purchase. The Prepared Date (date of purchase) can be found at the bottom of the report cover page for the PDF version, or at the very end of the report for the HTML version.

Just click on the Request Refund button below to send a refund request and provide the following in the Message box on the Send Us an Email page that appears:
   
1. Include the following information for each report you are requesting a refund:
  • 1. Billing name (first and last)
  • 2. Prepared Date
  • 3. Order No.
  • 4. Full report title, i.e., “KnoU Personality Profile for Mary Smith”
 
2. Optional: Why you were dissatisfied with the report(s)
