When you purchase one of our online reports, we need to collect basic
personal information for the generation of these reports. None of the
information that you provide as part of this process is ever made
accessible to the public, other users of the site or anyone not associated
with KnoUProfiles.com. We may at times share some of your data with the particular KnoU Profiles Partner that referred you to our site (if there was one), and when this happens, will be limited to your billing name, zip code, country, email and the products you purchased.
The personal information we collect is only used to generate the
actual reports. These reports are stored on our servers for 30 days as a
convenience to our customers so that they can access the reports again
after they leave our site. This is the only place that your birth and current names,
and birth date are temporarily stored, and after 30 days the reports are
permanently deleted from our system. During this time, this information is kept strictly confidential, and is only
accessible by you, using a unique link sent to you via email after your
order is processed on our site.
In addition, for your protection, we do not save any credit card
information when you place an order with us.
While using our Service, we may also ask you to provide us with certain
personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify
you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but
is not limited to:
